Quintana Roo: soggiorni in cottage

If you are looking to connect with nature in a semi camping environment this is your place. Convenience of home and in a nature setting, the host and help are wonderful. Dirt road in is a very slow ride, definitely worth it.

His place is amazing if you are looking to disconnect, relax and have a low key trip. He is really kind and flexible, the place have just what you need to enjoy towels, clean bedding and ac. Don’t forget to bring your water en shampoo and body wash. I would definitely recommend his place and look forward to staying there again.

Roxana siempre estuvo al pendiente y la comunicación súper buena. Todo excelente en el alojamiento, no hubo falla de nada. El lugar es tranquilo y cómodo, la casa tiene todo lo que viene en la descripción, es amplia y todo muy bonito. La zona es muy tranquila y está a 5 minutos de la playa en carro.

L'expérience vaut la peine, la maison est sympa, le cadre aussi. Camila est venue nous voir toute de suite et j'ai pu communiquer notamment car je me suis trompé sur la date du petit déjeuner. Merci encore de l'avoir changé rapidement. Nous avons pris le dîner avec chef qui était délicieux et on a pu discuté avec les deux. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon et copieux. Je vous les conseille vivement, tout était extra ! Pas de problème avec moustiques. L'air circule bien, la maison est jolie et la brochure avec les indications très claire, il suffit de suivre. Seuls deux points: les voisins en effet sont bruyants et on entendait tout ce qu'ils disaient, dommage que le bien vivre ne soit pas d'actualité dans certaines têtes et cultures. La cenote était fermé donc on n'a pas pu la voir ce que nous a beaucoup déçus.

There’s not enough words to fully capture our experience, it was absolutely unforgettable. No complaints whatsoever. My one tip: be overly prepared for check-in. Download all the maps (I missed one!) and try to arrive as early in the day. I’m not a camper. I’m a city girl, adventurous, but civilized. We booked this stay because it looked glamorous with just a hint of wilderness. But what we found was something divine. It felt like God lives there. I’m honestly tearing up writing this. The experience was humbling, emotional, and deeply peaceful. It brought my husband and I closer to nature and each other. If you’re expecting a mini glamping resort with neighbors nearby and easy access to the main road, this isn’t it. At night, it’s pitch black. The walls are all glass, and nature stares right back at you. The sky turns deep black, the trees glow, and the leaves almost take on mystical shapes. It’s surreal. I’ve found a new appreciation for being still. Feels like Avatar or Wakanda

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. Unmatched surroundings and very quiet. Instructions on how to get there were very clear at first it made it seem like it was going to be difficult, but I found it fast and easy. The main cenote Road is just like in the other road, smooth sailing. Only the last little 3 km is a little rough. I’ve been on a lot of back roads so I didn’t find it hard to find it all. There’s only one thing that could be improved and that’s the bike situation.😂😂 we got on one of them and the chain fell off. One of the links came apart, so we grabbed another one in the front tire didn’t have nuts to hold the rim on, but we managed. The jungle is hard on things. The cenote on site is extremely well taken care of and super cool. I would recommend this to anyone. There’s also a little pizza place close by that I didn’t expect and the food and the margaritas were fantastic. thanks for a great jungle experience, Daniel.

I was very happy to arrive at this place, this home is exactly what an AirBnB should be, a complete home away from home. House provided for all essentials and more. Large property lot, lemon and fruit trees, pool and kids pool, barbecue and even shampoo and conditioner, cooking essentials and much more. Ac worked great and bedroom sheets were just so cozy. Nicely decorated touches too. Location wise was also great, a little on the outskirts but super private and quiet. Highly recommended!

viajo regularmente a Izamal, y he probado varios alojamientos, sin duda casa tamarindos es el mejor, el lugar es muy amplio, muy bonito, la piscina tipo cenote de agua fresca se agradece en ese clima. viajo con mascotas y ellas disfrutan mucho de la naturaleza del lugar.

I truly hope to come back to this place, it was so cool. Beds are comfortable and the place is truly unique. I was worried the jungle sounds would be too loud to sleep but it was great. Pool was amazing. Some tips: Ask for detailed instructions for check in prior to arrival, (show pictures of the house as staff may take you to the wrong one) take screenshots of wifi login info so you can reach the outside world once you arrive to the house (as we had no cell reception, and I had trouble with the lock as it was a new type to me), if the lock is new to you, ask someone to show you how to both lock and unlock the door, bring food and everything you need as it really is out there, be prepared to ask for help in Spanish from onsite staff. We didn’t have trouble with any critters in our rooms or shoes but be careful opening the kitchen drawers as some like to hide in there. Finally, the natural environment is amazing, don’t miss the star gazing on the rooftop!

Suzy’s house is beautiful, as is the setting. Very tranquil and peaceful, yet still only a 30 minute drive or so to the beach and also close to Coba. Suzy was super helpful with recommendations and very communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum downtown.

We loved staying at this jungle house. it was in a beautiful location close to coba and tulum. host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Una opción muy buena para estancias familiares, cada habitación tiene su baño, la piscina es de buen tamaño, el muelle privado fue nuestra parte favorita. Llevamos una tabla y recorrimos el manglar.

es una casa amplia, climatizada, la piscina perfecta y el asador perfecto. las recomendaciones y la atención por parte del anfitrión estuvieron muy acertadas para rlmolan familiar.

Wir sind mit unseren 3 Kindern (9,11,15) unterwegs-die Unterkunft von Andrea ist PERFEKT für unsere Bedürfnisse!!! Supergute Lage für Tempel und Cynotenbesuche. Das Haus mit dem Garten, abgeschirmt von der Straße, ist ein magischer Ort in dem man eine wunderschöne Zeit hat! Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, Andrea ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles hat perfekt geklappt, ganz klare Empfehlung an alle, die eine feine, besondere und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft suchen! La casa es muy cómoda y luminosa. Tiene todo lo necesario para habitarla, la cama excelente, la cocina muy completa. Si bien está en una zona con bastantes restaurantes y bares cercanos, a la noche hay tranquilidad y silencio. Tarcila estuvo en todo momento atenta a nuestra comunicación. muy amable y operativa . La ubicación es ideal si quieren estar cerca de la playa y de los bares y restaurantes. Tulum está en sí, está ya, algo saturado de turismo y mentalidad turística.

La casa, la piscina y los jardines todos super amplios y bonitos, hay un espacio para cada cosa que planees hacer, cuenta con todos los utensilios básicos para tener una estadía sin problemas, además de que la anfitriona siempre fue muy atenta y amable. Al área de la piscina solo le falta un poco de luz nada más para estar más a gusto por la noche y los cuartos externos los ventiladores y la luz eléctrica no son lo mejor. Sí llevas mascotas hay mucho espacio para tenerlas! Solamente bajo vigilancia porque uno de los perritos del cuidador de la casa no era del todo amistoso con otros perros pero llamándole la atención ya se quedaba tranquilo y se podía seguir disfrutando a gusto 🤗 En general fue un espacio muy acogedor, esperamos regresar pronto!
