DURING THIS DAYS WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CONTROL AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE CLEANING: WE USE SPECIAL PRODUCTS TO SANITIZER ALL THE AREAS OF THE VILLA. OUR STAFF USE GLOVES AND MASK ALL THE TIME. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

We love living here and I'm sure you will love it too. Our house is beautiful with a great pool to refresh! My place is good for solo adventurers. We love to make breakfast with only organic fruits, vegetables, eggs, and cheese :) We also have vegetarian or vegan breakfast available! The private room has a complete bathroom and AC so you can relax after a day of exploring Cancun! You are welcome to take a dip in the pool.
