PLEASE READ 💕 Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute, cosy basement apartment. The home is 100+ years old, so expect nice creaks and quirks! It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)
