There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer. .

Kia Ora Private ensuite room with separate entrance located in Shotover Country. => 8 mins to the Airport => 3 mins to Queenstown Central five mile =>15 mins to Queenstown CBD => 3 mins walk to bus stop Conveniently located to many amenities and close to bus stop. Super easy access to both Remarkable and Coronet Peak ski-fields This retreat is attached to the main house but is private with no access to the main house.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
