Find yourself in a secluded location with surrounding mountain and lake views! We are only 5 minutes drive to the center of Queenstown. Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

A gorgeous apartment, featuring a ONE or TWO bedroom configuration, each with its' own ensuite and stunning views. The living area consists of a lounge and kitchenette with dining table. Outside there is a courtyard with bbq, seats & a table. This purpose built accommodation is surrounded by mountains and overlooks Lake Dunstan & Clutha River delta. It is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by nature. The listed price is for 2 people and ONE room. To book TWO ROOMS, book for 4 people.

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables. Just a two-minute walk to cafés & bakerys, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway, and the spa is located on the driveway area. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.

Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

With all the amenities you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including a kitchen, washing machine, & lovely warm gas heating & hotwater. Supermarkets, Restaurants & Adventure Activities are just 10-15 minutes away. The spectatular views speak for themselves & being so close to Queenstown means you can get around on foot & forget the worries of parking.
