You enter via a large laundry/mud room, into the passage & bathroom area. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating, with all new fixtures & fittings. This is the perfect winter hide out for a skiing vacation with 3 fabulous ski fields all within 30min drive. Due to the stairs, we do not allow bookings with kids - sorry

For the little ones, the hidden kids' room offers a double and single bed, ensuring everyone feels right at home.

Apartment Westlands

Relax and unwind in our spacious garden apartment. Peaceful and private, set in a mature garden, just a 5 minute drive to Wanaka town centre. The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

Nespresso machine, 10kg washing machine, microwave, jug, and toaster. No OVEN. Large airy space, ideal for a couple or small family. OPEN PLAN. Predominantly for 2 (q. bed), additionally, there is a king single & single bed, which can be set up. Not a place for parties. Mt Iron & Town are walking distance. (10-30mins). Parking is on the road.

Situated in Hanleys Farm, it’s close driving distance to local shops, cafes, airport and attractions.

Welcome for Comfy Home, A beautiful 2-bedroom house (Queen and Single) located in the heart of Wanaka city center, featuring an open and large living area. The house includes a kitchen and laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Upon entering the main door, you’ll find a staircase leading upstairs to the apartment. While there are connecting doors to other rooms, they are all securely locked, ensuring complete privacy for your stay. Enjoy a comfortable stay with us!

Bellbirds, Tuis and the native owl (Morepork) are abundant outside your door. Beautiful Cecil Peak and the Remarkables mountain ranges are waiting for you on the outdoor balcony.

This new studio unit is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but only 6 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes drive to the carpark at Coronet Peak! This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

This 1 bedroom unit is located above our garage. It includes your own separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town. Please note the stairs are steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.

Large Private Loft - amazing views!

Ridge View is a private, sun-drenched, spacious and entirely self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with top views! Only 5 minutes drive from Lake Wānaka and town center, with walking and mountain biking tracks right on the doorstep. The loft apartment features a bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, and open plan living room including a dining area and kitchenette.
