In our tropical garden, the beach themed guest house has all the comforts of home. Spacious, air conditioned, with kitchen, bbq, and pool side furniture. Free wifi + Netflix. Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Dine under the stars & enjoy a glass of wine under our mountain edge gazebo. Visit Tamborine's wineries, hiking trails, markets, & breath taking lookouts.

The cottage is designed to sit quietly on its beautiful hillside site, making the very best of its stunning location. Stylishly outfitted, you’ll find a truly relaxing space to unwind and take in the gorgeous vistas of Northern NSW, surrounded by peace and quiet. Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
