Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. The original Cottage once served as the first North Hobart Post & Telegraph Office and has been recently renovated to accommodate guests. It is an upstairs studio with it's own entrance. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.
