We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and smooth. The apartment is spacious and bright, located within walking distance to the city center—super convenient for exploring. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! An hat alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und es gibt viele hilfreiche Dinge,wie Shampoo, Duschgel, und sogar Hausschuhe. Es ist eher wie ein zu hause! Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Es liegen auch ein paar hilfreiche Infos in der Unterkunft. Ein Traum. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jeden empfehlen :) vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Tipps.

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Great place, felt right at home. Very quiet, spacious, beautiful decorated, had everything you need for a pleasant and lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Ev tertemiz, giriş son derece kolaydı. Ev sahipleri çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Evin konumu gezmek istediğimiz yerlere biraz uzaktı. Aracımızla gittiğimiz için önemsemedik ancak şehre gelince çok ciddi bir otopark problemi olduğunu gördük. O sebeple araçla gidip geldiğimizde biraz uzun süreler park yeri aradık. Ancak ev sahibi ve daire çok güzeldi. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. 🙂

We hebben hier heerlijk genoten met zijn vieren als gezin. Onze eerste keer in Griekenland is met deze accommodatie super ervaring. Ondanks de voor ons rommelig ogende omgeving vanaf het vliegveld naar de accommodatie, stak deze accommodatie hier met zijn moderne uitstraling en onderhouden voorziening bovenuit. Peraia is een heerlijke kustplaats waarvandaan we een deel Van Griekenland hebben ontdekt. Met Thessaloniki op korte reisafstand en de weelderige boulevard van Peraia zelf. Waar meer dan genoeg goede betaalbare restaurants te vinden zijn. De host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad en de tuin lagen er iedere dag piekfijn bij. Een top aanrader voor iedereen.

A lakás gyönyörű tiszta és rendezett volt. Első perctől kezdve otthon éreztük magunkat. Az ágy kényelmes, a szoba fényes és tágas. Nagyon szép, barátságos, békés és biztonságos helyen van ahonnan könnyen megközelíthető akár gyalog is a nagyobb szuper marketek Lidl és Skavenitis. Az utca végén 5 perc sétára van a tenger. A ház előtt van a buszmegálló és könnyű parkolási lehetőség. A fotókon nem látszik, de van két szép erkélye. Sajnálom, hogy nem töltöttünk ott több napot. Legközelebb, ha Thesszalonikiben járunk határozottan ezt a helyet fogjuk újra választani! Mindent köszönünk szépen! 🙂🥰

This is the sort of place you just want to settle into for weeks. It is very comfortable, has a great layout, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. We felt very at home both with the place and all the good communication with the hosts. They made it all so easy for us. If you are driving, we had a good experience with the garage that they recommend right around the corner. Also, though we went all over the city trying various restaurants with excellent ratings, some of the best meals we had were two steps away from the apartment.

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Mega nur zu empfehlen und super nett

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Πολύ όμορφος και ιδιαίτερος χώρος, με το που μπαίνεις στο σπίτι νομίζεις ότι είσαι ο πρώτος που το εγκαινιάζει με στυλ και σοβαρότητα. Πολύ ιδιαίτερος. Στο σπίτι έχει τα πάντα ακόμα και μπατονέτες. Μέσα στο κέντρο που όλα ήταν δίπλα, χάρηκα πολύ που μοιράστηκαν μαζί μου οι οικοδεσπότες προτάσεις για τη περιοχή και θεωρώ πως όταν θα υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα θα το επιλέγω ξανά ξανά. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα παντού !! Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη εμπειρία αυτή.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Dimitris ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er gab uns tolle Restaurantempfehlungen, war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, besonders der Balkon hat uns verzaubert. Es gibt alles was man benötigt, es ist alles sehr geräumig und total sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist hat eine gute Lage in der Stadt, so dass man Thessaloniki wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden kann (dennoch ist es am Abend ruhig). Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und glücklich. Vielen Dank! :)

Zentral gelegen Unterkunft. Super geeignet um Thessaloniki zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten.

Престоят ни беше невероятен. Като започнем от мястото за настаняване, което беше безупречно чисто, отговаряше на всичките ни изисквания, до домакина, който беше винаги насреща и приветлив. Мястото за настаняване се намира в сърцето на града и е близо до магазини, ресторанти, кафенета. Определено бих посетила скоро отново това страхотно място!

The apartment von Nancy was really beatiful, exactly like on the photos and also super clean and great location near the promenade. And also the communication was great. Always super quick respond and she gave me also good tipps for Thessaloniki. Can just recommend!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κάλο σε καλή τοποθεσία με μόλις 10-12 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με ευκολία μετακίνησης με πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείων σε απόσταση μόλις 50 μέτρα έχει στάση. Επίσης και με αυτοκίνητο είναι εύκολο το να φύγει κανείς χωρίς κίνηση. Απόλυτη ησυχία και η Σίνδος έχει τα πάντα. Από καφέ εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα το κλείσω ξανά.

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.
