Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

A self-contained guest Cabin, on a Lifestyle Block in semi-rural Joyce road, Pyes. One bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen & Laundry. An open deck overlooks the valley where you can take in the amazing sunsets over the Kaimai mountain range and listen to the birdsong over your morning coffee. Only minutes away from some of the popular local Wedding venues. Walking tracks, cycle tracks, hot pools, TECT adventure park and the Mount all a short drive away.

The Lookout A perfect Romantic Hideaway

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

The Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Brand new cottage with rural views yet 10 minute drive to The crossing Mall with shops restaurants and movies. 5 minutes drive away is Pyes Pa shops with everything you need including 2 fantastic restaurants. Mount Maunganui and our fabulous beach is a 20 minute drive away. Our cottage is very private so you won’t be disturbed. We are on site though to help with any queries.

With the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants. It's a great location. It is only a 15-minute drive to Tauranga City or 20 minutes to Mount Maunganui. Some pets are welcome.
