Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Lakes Studio

This near new studio apartment which is part of the main house and has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking.

The Hidden Valley Retreat!

Welcome to the Hidden Valley Retreat, your perfect escape for tranquil, rural living. This beautifully appointed, self-contained suite boasts 32 sqm of elegance, comfortably hosting two guests. Just a short drive away, explore the Tauriko Shopping Centre with its bars, restaurants, and cinemas. Tauranga's vibrant city life and beaches are also within easy reach. Our suite offers a private entrance and stunning views of the valley basin, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding.

The Retro Room - Guest Suite in Pyes Pa

The Retro Room is inspired by my love of the 50’s with original items. The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Farmstay Escape with spa & pet animals near beach

Escape to the Papamoa countryside at our Farmstay retreat. Situated beside the beautiful Papamoa Hills walk with lovely country views. Just 7–10 minutes from beaches, cafés & shops. Kids can feed our friendly farm animals, play on the trampoline or in the football field out front, while you relax in the double hammock. Then unwind under the stars in the spa or toast marshmallows by the firepit. Modern interior with a full kitchen, comfy beds, aircon or woodburner, depending on the season.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Perfect location for travellers to use as a base, or people working on assignment in Tauranga…Located 5mins from ‘The Crossing’ shopping centre, and with easy access to Downtown Tauranga, The Mount, and over the Kaimais to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Rotorua. The kitchenette includes an electric frypan microwave and portable hot plate.
