“Studio Ebdiep”, is gelegen in Sint-Amands aan de mooiste bocht van de Schelde. De eigentijds gezellige en met alle comfort voor 2 personen (max 4 pers., vraag naar onze tarieven) ingerichte studio huist in een 17de eeuws historisch pand, ooit het geboortehuis van Emmanuel Rollier, aanvoerder van de Boerenkrijg in Klein-Brabant (1798). Welkom in de Scheldestreek, gekend om haar rust, natuur, wandel-en fietsroutes en op korte afstand van mooie cultuursteden Antwerpen, Mechelen, Brussel en Gent.

Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Voor je eerste koffie van de dag, of om buiten te eten tijdens zwoele zomeravonden, heb je via de benedenverdieping toegang tot de gemeenschappelijke wilde stadstuin.

Ce chaleureux studio se trouve à proximité de la Basilique de Koekelberg et de plusieurs commerces (boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarchés, etc.). L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis l'appartement (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.

Appartement is in een oude meer dan 450 jaaroud gebouw, vlakbij de kathedraal, de hotspot voor toeristen, waar werkelijk alles aan je voeten ligt. Open de ramen van de woonkamer en je voelt je in het midden van het levendige en bruisende Antwerpen. Je kan alles makkelijk te voet bezoeken. Als je iemand bent die graag lekker eet en drinkt, de wereldkeuken in de directe omgeving; voor Belgisch eten, gewoon de trappen aflopen en je kunt dineren in de ‘Pottekijker’.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
