Deze kleurrijke studio is een sfeervol en vlakbij Amsterdam. Bezoek de drukke stad en kom tot rust in dit romantische nestje in een klein dorp op maar 15 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centraal. Het dorp heeft alle karakteristieke kenmerken van een Nederlands dorp. Mooie houten huizen omringd door natuur, weilanden en water. We hebben een sfeervol dorpscafé en een unieke winkel voor kleine boodschappen. Deze studio is uiterst geschikt voor sleep & go! Heeft geen uitgebreide keuken. Geen feestjes.

Lovely private cottage near Amsterdam

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Welcome to our charming apartment in the hart of Purmerend! Located just 15 km from Amsterdam, this space is perfect whether you are enjoying a holiday or planning a long-term stay. The train and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk away. You can easily reach AMS Central Station and Schiphol Airport within half hour. A Lidl supermarket is right across the road for all your daily essentials. Free parking is available if you arriving by car. Tourist tax is already included in your stay.

Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is nieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

The Circle of Amsterdam luxe Appartement

This centrally located apartment has been completely renovated, up to date and tastefully decorated. I am therefore proud to be able to offer this. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are around the corner And not to forget, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away by bus and train very easy to reach via the station which is within walking distance (100 meters) of the apartment.

Charming waterfront nature cottage near Amsterdam

Lovely private cottage with spectacular views very near Amsterdam and the famous historic Zaansche Schans. The cottage is situated in the typical historic village Jisp and overlooks a nature reserve. Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

Gastenverblijf de Volgermeer

Aan de rand van het dorp Broek in Waterland staat dit fijne, modern ingerichte huisje. Het gastenverblijf is omgeven door weilanden en grenst aan het natuurgebied de Volgermeerpolder: het ideale uitgangspunt voor mooie wandel- en fietstochten door Waterland/Groot-Amsterdam. Bij terugkomst in het huisje kun je zowel in de binnen- als buitenruimte genieten van het weidse uitzicht en de meest fantastische, gekleurde zonsondergangen.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
