La nuovissima dependance di Casa Milos, che riserviamo preferibilmente ad ospiti adulti, è situata all’interno del giardino della nostra proprietà che si trova a pochi metri dal mare, lungo la costa sud dell’isola. La vista del mare, con l’isola dell’Aire e il suo faro davanti a noi, e la tranquillità sono ciò che più caratterizza questo luogo di pace. Le ampie vetrate, presenti in ogni ambiente, danno luce a tutta la casa, consentendo di godere della bellissima vista del mare.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

La casa dispone di tre camere da letto climatizzate, tre bagni (due dei quali en-suite) e tutti i comfort, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata, smart TV, Wi-Fi, giardino privato, piscina e barbecue. Il mare è raggiungibile in tre minuti a piedi. È prevista una tassa di soggiorno per il turismo sostenibile delle Baleari (ecotassa) di € 2 a persona al giorno, da versare al momento del check-in.

Casa Binimares è una bellissima casa fronte mare dove si respira pace e tranquillità. Si trova nel villaggio di pescatori Biniancolla, nel comune di Sant Lluis. La bellissima spiaggia di Binibequer è a 5’ Dispone di due camere matrimoniali e uno studio con due divani con lavabo privato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il portico è dotato di barbecue e di un tavolo con una capienza per otto persone. Ha una vista mozzafiato sul mare!
