My family and I had a wonderful week stay! From the moment we booked, Andry and Fernando were very responsive and friendly. I appreciated the flexibility with checking in sooner especially traveling all day with little kids. The apartment is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything you need to close by - markets, pharmacy, restaurants. We felt very safe and the security at this complex is fantastic. We have stayed at resorts in Punta Cana before, but both my husband and I agreed this was so much better. If you are looking for a more authentic experience, while also having the same comforts and luxuries I highly recommend booking through Andry & Fernando. We can’t wait to come back :)

Wonderful Stay! We stayed at apartment H102 in Punta Cana and it was an excellent experience. The property is right in front of the ocean, offering a spectacular view and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is in perfect condition—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Plus, the customer service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always available. We would definitely come back!

very cute place RIGHT on the beach, there is a private beach STEPS away from apartment. the location is nice because its more secluded, BUT very hard to find on a GPS, was very difficult to order Ubers, you have to walk all the way out past the gravel and long walkway (probably about 5-7 minute walk depending on how fast you walk) i would say that was the only downside. But nothing beats the views from the balcony! And great communication from hosts! I would be back likely after the construction around is done, as I think it would be easier after to find and enter and leave. great stay overall

Tho condo was wonderful and in a perfect location to walk to local restaurants and grab some groceries for our stay. Just a minute walk to the beach. Olga was very easy to get ahold of and helped us like up transportation or whatever excursion we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place.

Desde el día 1 estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, nos ofrecieron trasporte para llegar más rápido al hospedaje, ofrecieron planes y actividades para hacer. Fuero muy formales, muy claro con las indicaciones, la piscina 24/7, desocupada todo el tiempo, la playa estaba bastante cerca, con zonas muy bonitas. El hospedaje era bastante fresco, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, no tuvimos que llevar toallas, pues allí contaban con las necesarias para todos. El agua caliente y fría de la ducha funcionó todos los días a cualquier hora del día, bastante cómodo.

Excelente lugar muy acogedor, todo como si estuvieras en casa, tuvimos un pequeño accidente con un vidrio sin embargo lo pudimos superar y agradecemos mucho la hospitalidad.

Ce fut un long séjour et très agréable , assez spacieux pour deux personnes dans un environnement très paisible .pour améliorer le confort il reste uniquement à remplacer le matelas principal. L hôte Yvan est très aidant et disponible pour ses clients , il a aussi plusieurs autres logements locatifs à Punta cana et ses environs

We had a great stay here. The pool is well maintained and gorgeous. Bavaro Beach is close by and also beautiful. Private parking and gated community. Mix of locals and expats/tourists. Very peaceful and quiet. It's the second blue gate at the place called Retiro II—I drove too far by accident but it was easy to find by the blue gate.

lindo departamento, todo lo que anuncia realmente es. esta en una ubicación muy central y relativamente cerca a una playa llamada Turquesa. tiene de yodo tipo de comercio aleddaño supermercado, casa cambios , framacia , bares, restaurantes, bancos, cajeros, etc.

Séjour très plaisant, environnement tranquille et propre. Notre hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et c'est un hôte qui est super sympathique et surtout très serviable. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour un long séjour de 2 mois, incluant les accessoires de cuisine etc . C'est sure que nous y retournerons bientôt... Merci pour tout!

This property was spotless and had everything we needed, beautiful location. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We really love this property and love our host and owner of this property!!! Cant wait to come back!!!

Excelente lugar, buena ubicación. El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones.

Excelente alojamiento. Cómodo y amplio. El uso del pass en los hoteles de Iberostar son de gran utilidad. No empleamos los carritos de golf pues disfrutamos mucho caminar. Sin embargo, pueden ser de utilidad si vas con niños o personas mayores. La comunicación con Aladín fue oportuna y rápida y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. La cocina está muy bien equipada si quieres cocinar. Si bien el costo de la energía no está incluida, si haces un consumo razonable el precio es poco.

Wonderful stay! Group of 5 women celebrating our 40th birthdays. The deck/patio was the real winner of this Airbnb. We used it multiple times daily. The location was beautiful. More than enough bathrooms (4!). A few tips/insider info… electricity came out to $130USD for us (4 nights). Deposit was $120USD upon arrival, it sounds like groups often get refunded vs. owing more. Water. You are going to want lots of water. We got some 5L bottles of Dasani from grocery. There is a grocery delivery service you will get the number to when checking in. There are super responsive and fast! Use them! There is only bar soap in the bathrooms/shower. You will need to purchase shampoo and conditioner. I would have bought liquid antibacterial soap. DR advice - we did not use pesos. USD only. Don’t be surprised about the 28% tax next door on bill. Would love to return to this property again. So beautiful and such hospitable hosts! Thank you!

El alojamiento es muy bonito, amplio, excelente para una familia grande. Fueron flexibles con el horario de entrada. La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nuestros mensajes y los respondió oportunamente. Es la segunda vez que alquilo el mismo alojamiento. La vista es espectacular. Lo recomiendo 100% para vacaciones de playa!
