This is the lower unit of a duplex in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, only a few blocks from the bus route and downtown, just over 1 mile to the WSU campus. This unit sleeps up to four (one queen bed and two twin sleepers), has a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and remodeled bathroom with laundry stack. No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.

Charming dwn/twn basement apt with two bedrooms. One room features a queen bed, and the other bedroom features a full bed. We are one block from favorite local restaurants, breweries, and the popular Saturday market. We are home to both University of Idaho and WSU families.
