Mr. Satish is a kind and helpful host, helped me with late checkin without any fuss. The place is clean, simple and cute. Easy to locate and accessible and comfortable. The swing and little sitout is a nice addition. The kitchen has everything you need to make Tea, coffee, Maggie etc. Overall the place is pretty and peaceful despite being in the city.

We loved staying at Villa Mercara! It is as close to the center of Madikeri as you can get without being in the bustle of the market & bus stand. This beautifully appointed spacious house, was a great place for 6 of us to spend time together. Plus: It comes with a great restaurant and coffee shop on the grounds. Bonus: the lovely hosts Shubha & Vik - who made us feel right at home!

Deepak and His family were a great hosts! Felt right at home! Amazing place to stay right in the middest of nature! My family loved every bit of the stay! Surely recommend everyone to stay here if you are nature lover and don't like crowded places!

We stayed for 3 days and it was a really beautiful place. The name suits the place very well. The hosts were really sweet and friendly. Made us very comfortable. They offer coffee every day and was a nice gesture to make us feel at home. The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. It was easy to commute to the nearby locations like Raja Seat Garden, Madikeri fort etc. Would recommend staying here 10/10

We, a family of four, stayed on the upper floor. What truly stood out was the warm and helpful nature of Ayappa Sir. The accommodation is spacious and budget-friendly. It has two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms—one room has a king bed and a single bed, while the other has a queen bed and a single bed. While it's not a luxury stay, it offers all the basic facilities and is safe for families. There's also convenient parking space for two cars. As for food, the breakfast was good—especially the puttu, which was soft and tasty. The kadala curry was decent. We also had lunch and tried the meals, breakfast items, fried rice, and paneer. The fried rice was good, though not the traditional style, and the chilly chicken was okay but not authentic. Despite a few minor points, I would still rate this place 5 out of 5 for its many positives. A special touch at checkout was when Ayappa Sir gifted us four avocados grown near the villa—something we truly appreciated.

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. It's such a beautiful property and a perfect getaway from the city hustle. Waking up to such a breathtaking view. The food was AMAZING no complaints there, they provide both veg and non veg food. The property is beautiful, we took a morning walk in the coffee estate they also have a friendly pet dog putta who accompanied us to the morning walk. We were 3 girls and it's a safe property even if it's just a group of girls travelling. They also provide rental taxi contact details if you don't have your own vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to friends group or families too!

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Avni. The villa was clean, tastefully designed and furnished, and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen had refrigerator, stove top, and was stocked with pots and pans that allowed us to make light meals and tea/coffee as needed. Our host, Naren, was very hospitable and tended to any requests we had immediately. He offered to show us around, though we could not take up the offer. The highlight though was proximity to the beach - we could easily walk up to it in mornings, evenings and even after dinner. It was beautiful and the section of the beach was mostly empty except for a few locals.
