You will love the private salt-water pool with waterfall. The magical bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub and bidet. Relax under the stars any time of year in the ozonated hot tub. Take a cold plunge in the pool afterwards, it feels amazing. High speed wifi is available. There is also a professional recording studio on the property.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
