We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

Any detection of weed, cigarette, vape, cigar inside the unit will be charged $200 after the stay. No exceptions.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Perfect for anyone working in the area, or looking for a secluded getaway! Luxuriously appointed and awaiting your arrival are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and expansive gathering spaces. Come and find your serenity in this lovely home! Parties are allowed but with a $300 additional cleaning fee.

Cute little cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.

Luki’s TreeHouse on 2.5 Private/Wooded Acres

We are hidden-away on 9.5 acres and you have 2.5 acres of privacy with the treehouse. New construction and furnishings. This is a country setting and only minutes from Costco and the promenade shopping center. We think you will love it here. Ask about small group/events and hiking/walking trails.
