Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area for the security of all.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

One-bedroom apartment (#2) in SOMA!

This apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed (and an air bed if needed), dresser, living room with TV, full kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower (no tub). Jason's office is on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Pets welcome, but you must let us know when booking.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.

We are hidden-away on 9.5 acres and you have 2.5 acres of privacy with the treehouse. New construction and furnishings. This is a country setting and only minutes from Costco and the promenade shopping center. We think you will love it here. Ask about small group/events and hiking/walking trails.
