We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Studio Verde - Tranquil setting, Great location

Our Studio Verde has been prepared with care for our guests. You can walk to famous Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands in just a few minutes. Mountain biking/hiking at Lake Mangamahoe is less than 10 minutes drive. Relax in a tranquil setting surrounded by native bush, enjoy abundant bird life, (plus we have chickens) and a nature track that runs behind our property and connects to the Te Henui walkway and spectacular New Plymouth Coastal walkway. This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment (sorry, not suitable for small children) is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.
