Puerto Vallarta: soggiorni in appartamento

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

The reviews are true! Sam's condo is amazing. You've seen the photos (wow!) so I won't bother describing the gorgeous views. We arranged transport from the airport, it was smooth and quick. Check in was simple and the groceries we ordered were waiting for us - we could relax right away. The restaurant staff including Juan Carlos and Saul took excellent care of us, and it was a blessing to have that convenience when we wanted it. Tasty food and drinks! Uber rides were never more than 5 minutes away and it's a quick trip into town. We also walked on the beach to town- very nice views. If you are into fishing I would highly recommend a trip with Sam's friends Roberto and Juan. So many fish, secluded beaches, and great snorkeling! His restaurant is also fantastic. Hanz and Nahim at concierge made our trip easy and were always available if we needed anything. I can't wait to come back! Thank you Sam and team for everything!

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Great place for Christmas vacation. Family of 8 (4 children) had a great time with plenty of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed resort amenities and purchased AI passes from hotel. Condo was well stocked, even with boogie boards for the kids. Would love to go back.

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

El lugar es mucho mejor que como luce en laa fotografías publicadas. Está cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba. Amablemente nos respondían a todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable.

Sin duda volveríamos al depa de Paolo y Fernanda. Sus atenciones y los detalles con los cuales nos recibieron y respaldaron hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese de lo más placentera. El departamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila rodeado de buenos restaurantes y con la comodidad de tiendas también cercanas. Es un espacio tal cual se describe en las imágenes y tiene todo lo necesario para llegar y descansar. Para nosotros como matrimonio y dos mascotas pequeñas nos funcionó mucho el espacio y cupimos bastante bien.

Un alojamiento que superó mis expectativas, limpio, cómodo y silencioso, no dudaré en regresar pronto.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

El departamento está muy bonito, cómodo, una zona muy tranquila, la comunicación con Óscar fué excelente, mis hijas encantadas con la alberca, el canto de los gallos por la mañana es un extra muy agradable, súper recomendable este lugar, sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar con Óscar muchísimas gracias

Great location and great place. With a little one / family in tow the deck railings made us a little nervous (somewhat large gaps). But all was fine, and we had a fantastic week!

David is an excellent host, super efficient to attention to detail, cordial and friendly. The apartment was impeccable, very spacious and fully stocked, with more amenities than we were even able to enjoy. Great taste and decor, super chic!! Front desk is very nice and polite as well. Rooftop pool was amazing to have, after a dreadful previous rental experience (totally different place and owner). Condo is safe and close to everything.

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

Le logement était très bien , comme sur les photos. Il manquait de rien pour cuisiner . La piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffée c’est dommage car il y a beaucoup de place sur le toit . Celle d’en bas est chauffée mais moins de chaise et pas de parasols, il y a quand même de l’ombre. Pour faire l’épicerie il y a le Wal Mart et le Chedraui pas loin . On pouvait commander des bouteilles d’eau de 20 litres au gardien à l’entrée se fut très apprécié. Oscar nous a très bien reçu à notre arrivée . Il nous a donné des rafraîchissements pendant qu’il nous expliquait les commodités et qu’on visitait les installations. Très beau séjour .

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.
