This special place is close to everything you need, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. And it´s 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. A beautiful promenade /1km/ along the ocean will take you to another beautiful beach, Amadores.

Bonito y luminoso apartamento con orientación sur, muy soleado durante gran parte del día. Ubicado en zona céntrica y práctica, a pocos minutos de la playa. A solo 100 metros hay un supermercado para tu comodidad diaria. Muy cerca de la parada de autobús, con fácil acceso al resto de la isla. Próximo a centro comercial con restaurantes, tiendas y servicios. Ofrece espectaculares vistas que hacen la estancia especial. No recomendado para niños menores de 7 años por seguridad.
