The house is both secluded and yet only a few minute walk to: the beach, Rio Carbonera’s refreshing dipping pool, the local school and Martinas restaurant ( the only bar restaurant in the area). Central location for both going into Matapalo, heading to the Corcovado or short trips to Puerto Jimenez.

Casas Colorado, (with WiFi, 8am to 8pm), is located in Cabo Matapalo at the tip of the Osa Peninsula, surrounded by tropical rainforests and within walking distance to three spectacular beaches; Pan Dulce, Backwash, and Matapalo by walking. We are featuring the Garden House, which you are welcome to enjoy anything that is in season from the garden, including; ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, and a variety of other edibles. We are happy to offer Garden tours for our guests !!
