There is car parking and bike storage and is only a short walk from Stocksfield rail station and bus routes. Great base for trips to Hadrian’s Wall, historic properties, Northumberland National Park and the nearby towns of Corbridge and Hexham. A hamper of breakfast goodies is provided.

Countryside location, 100m from village main street with local pubs, shops and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Newcastle, Bus stop 50m away, Train station 10mins walk. Recently refurbished the Old Stables at The Brow is a spacious stone built 2 bedroom (1 twin, 1 kingsize) flat with sofa bed, travelcot & offstreet parking. Multipurpose set up for those travelling with kids, enjoying the countryside, walks, golf, cycling or visiting the city. We live next door so can help with most arrangements.

Completely self-contained with its own private entrance, it has a courtyard with outdoor seating and parking for one car. An excellent base from which to visit Hadrian's Wall, Alnwick and Bamburgh Castles, picturesque Hexham and Corbridge and the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne. Horsley boasts a good pub and an Arts Centre/cafe and good local walks.

Attached to the owners house, It has its own front door allowing private access for guests. The room has small kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, kettle and microwave. Perfect for those wanting to explore the Tyne Valley. The property sits on cycle route 72. Hadrian's Wall Trail is close by and the train station, shop and pub are all a few minutes walk away.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

Coach House cottage on a country estate

The Coach House is the perfect location to enjoy the glorious Tyne Valley and Northumberland. Located a short drive from the quaint village of Riding Mill and a short drive from the historic Corbridge. Inside guests will enjoy a cozy warm suite with king size bed, kitchenette, modern furniture overlooking a pretty courtyard of a country home. Take in wonderful walks along Hadrian's Wall and the River Tyne and enjoy the superb pubs and restaurants of the Tyne Valley.

Braeside Cottage is a cosy private space in peaceful surroundings centrally located for the amenities of Hexham. An ideal base for exploring both Hexham and the surrounding Tynedale Valley famous for its Roman history including Hadrian's Wall and Vindolanda, or visit Kielder Forest with its world renowned dark skies and observatory. You will have your own private outdoor area with seating, fire pit and BBQ. Private off road parking provided. Pets are welcome.

The Oaks

The Oaks is attached to our home. It has its own private entrance from the outside and internal doors are locked. It is an ensuite room set out like a hotel room. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME AND IS NOT SUITED FOR A ROMANTIC/ PASSIONATE NIGHT AWAY BUT FOR GUESTS WANTING A PEACEFUL GETAWAY.. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.

Beaufront Hill Head

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.
