This modern cottage is around the corner from Commercial St and comes fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and parking on-site. This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Upstairs has an open-concept bedroom suite with a full bathroom, three skylights and views of the Pilgrim Monument. BOH-24-255

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know.
