Province of Gorizia: soggiorni in appartamento

Giulia è stata fin da subito disponibile accettando un check in anticipato, cordiale e sorridente La struttura è molto accogliente e l'aspetto dell'immobile da fuori è grazioso e molto in ordine: il nostro alloggio era posto al terzo piano, accessibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po difficoltosa. Lo spazio è molto ben suddiviso con soggiorno aperto e bagno. La stanza in mansarda è deliziosa molto luminosa ed accogliente. Abbiamo dormito molto bene nel silenzio e la luce che entrava dall'abbaino insieme al cinguettare degli uccellini ha reso il risveglio fantastico!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexander’s place. It’s located perfectly if you want to go hiking or do some sightseeing around the area. Alexander was a nice host who provided us with a lot of informations about the area and possible activity’s. He also provided breakfast. My mother, my dog and me felt really welcomed.

Great location in the old center with amazing rooftop terrace (for all in house, yet always free).. there are many bars in nearby square (with many bus connections, one can take you to the castle for free), and also good and cheap restaurants 5 minutes away by foot (great parmigiana for 8€ at Gianni's). Also good bakery and a supermarket 5-10 minutes walk. Nice gelato a bit further by the nice, quiet park. There's museums and galleries all around the apartment as well. One (pinacoteca, free) has an amazing virtual reality animation (with glasses) about city's history. Sensitive people might get dizzy, it's so realistic. Apartment caretaker is always reachable (also evenings and weekends) if needed, and a very nice guy. I recommend this place.

L’appartamento si trova in una via molto tranquilla: e’ pulito e gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Ideale per un breve soggiorno, letto comodo.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig was sehr angenehm ist. Die Nachbarn sieht man kaum und wenn waren alle freundlich. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Metzgerei ect vor Ort mit italienischen Leckereien 🙂 Grado liegt gerade mal 20km entfernt was sich absolut zum essen gehen und bummeln ect lohnt. In 15 Minuten ist man an einem schönen Strand, der auch sehr gut für kinder geeignet ist. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist das sie sehr warm ist an heißen Tagen, da keine Klimaanlage da ist. Alessandra ist immer freundlich gewesen, hilfsbereit und antwortet in kürzester Zeit.

Sono ritornato perché è come sentirsi a casa nell’ alloggio di Barbara. Ogni volta che ho bisogno di soggiornare in queste zone tengo sempre la te tengo sempre considerazione.Nulla da dire, sempre senza parole per la pulizia, la cortesia, e l estrema disponibilità dell’ host. Tornerò molto presto.Consiglio vivamente!

Appartamento confortevole in zona molto tranquilla. Completo di tutto sia di cucina che nelle camere da letto.

Alles super, geräumige Wohnung, spazieren von der Haustür aus, schnell in der City. Gerne wieder!!

Tutto perfetto..zona comoda in centro ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla.. Molto curato nei particolari..bagno nuovissimo! Quantità di asciugamani perfetta! La signora è gentile e disponibile! Lo consiglio!!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Alloggio piacevole, arredamento un po' spartano ma la quantità di chincaglierie sparse ovunque ti fa sentire subito "il mare" in modo piacevole, ti senti a casa perché piccolo e intimo e non manca niente per trascorrere tranquilli anche più di una settimana di relax, anche se si tratta di un condominio c'è molto rispetto dei condomini sia per gli orari che per i rumori, la collocazione permette di arrivare a piedi in una decina di minuti direttamente alle spiagge che sono organizzatissime e ben curate. Per noi è stata una piacevole scoperta.... Sicuramente consigliato.

Wir haben vier sehr gemütliche Tage in Ennios Unterkunft verbracht, besonders nett war die Lage direkt am kleinen Fischerhafen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entsprach der Beschreibung, der Check in mittels Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert. Einzige kleine Anregung wäre ein kleiner Duschvorleger im Bad. Sonst alles super ☺️

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Teresa was very accommodating and let us check in a little bit earlier. The location was perfect for two adults and two small children including a baby. We would happily book Teresa's apartment again.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
