Province of Biella: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Great place for group of 7 (four adults and three kids). Backyard was great for the kids. Grocery store right around the corner. Neighborhood is close enough to St Marks Square to be convenient but also feels away from the crowds

Das Haus mit schönem, eingezäunten Garten und Balkonen, sowie einer großen Terrasse war für sechs Personen mit drei Hunden mehr als ausreichend. Es gab alles, was man so braucht. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und konnten daher den Außenbereich nicht nutzen. Drinnen war aber genug Platz für alle. Wenn man nicht zu große Autos hat, passen auch zwei Autos auf das Grundstück. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Haus mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Malgré le temps pluvieux, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sanne et sa famille. L'endroit correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes: en pleine nature, calme, intérieur chaleureux, bel espace de séjour. Les contacts avec Sanne et Giacomo furent très faciles et agréables. La région permet de belles découvertes aussi bien les villages au alentour que les balades dans la montagne. Merci de partager ce bel endroit.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Franco. L'environnement est exceptionnel et le logement est très propre et bien équipé. La terrasse sur le lac est magique et nous a offert de très beaux couchers de soleil. Franco est serviable et très aimable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

Très beau séjour, dans cette maison familiale, Paul a été très réactif à nos questions avant le départ. La maison était propre, spacieuse, nous avons eut la chance d'avoir le soleil, nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la tonnelle. L'équipement était conforme à la description, nous avons préparer plusieurs repas sans problème. Les parkings étaient proches pour garer voitures et moto. Le quartier est très calme, et, nous avons pu nous rendre rapidement avec nos véhicules au centre-ville pour prendre le bateau pour visiter les îles. Nous étions 12 adultes. Merci à Paul pour sa bienveillance.

Wir hatten in der Villa Bianchi einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit unseren 2 Hunden. Ab der ersten Minute haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Angela war sehr gastfreundlich, immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns mit umfangreichen Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten / Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, war außerordentlich sauber und TOP ausgestattet, uns hat es wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Insbesondere der große Garten und die Terrasse waren ein Traum, mit wunderschönem Ausblick ins Grüne und auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Villa ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen, es gibt nichts negatives anzumerken! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Angela, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Sensationelle Lage, sehr grosses Grundstück, toller Pool. Wir haben es bei Andrea sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Il soggiorno di 4 giorni "da Valentina", in realtà ci hanno accolto Alberto e sua moglie ;-) , era il regalo di Natale per i nostri genitori e, insieme a loro e alle nostre famiglie, abbiamo trascorso 4 meravigliosi giorni a Crescentino. In totale eravamo in 17 (2 nonni e tre famiglie) e nella casa abbiamo trovato gli spazi ideali. La casa possiede un bellissimo giardino che abbiamo sfruttato parecchio mangiando all'aperto, riposando, leggendo, chiacchierando, studiando, giocando (ping pong, pallone, lancio dell'aeroplano, ...) e facendo attività alla sera. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di trovare già pronte due tavolate con 17 sedie, sia in casa che in giardino. La casa era pulitissima. Alberto e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Es war ein herrliche Zeit in der tollen Villa am See. Schöne Zimmer, Bäder und gemütliche Ecken für Gespräche. Den grossen Garten haben die Kinder ausgiebig genossen. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einzig die späte Check-In Zeit finden wir dem Preis nicht entsprechend und Küchenutensilien haben wir vor dem Gebrauch nochmals nachgereinigt. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Das tolle Haus liegt in den Hügeln von Verbania und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Der Pool ist riesig und bietet Familien mit Kindern die gut schwimmen können sehr viel. Es ist genügend Platz im Haus und was uns speziell gefallen hat, war die Beschattung der Liegen und ein leichter Tsch und leichte Stühle, die der Sonnenstellung angepasst werden konnten. Aldo und Raffaela haben uns mit viel Charme und Herzblut betreut. Alles top!

Après avoir quitté en urgence notre 1ère location face à la malhonnêteté de nos précédents hôtes, Barbara et Stefano nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, réactivité et bienveillance du jour au lendemain. Ils ont mis tout leur coeur pour sauver nos vacances. C’est une villa très propre, immense, confortable chargée d’histoire, rénovée avec goût. Idéalement située face à l’église, vue sur le château, une pause suspendue dans le temps pour se ressourcer au calme avec piscine. Aux petits soins pour leurs invités, ils ont un grand sens du service et font les choses avec leur coeur. Une fois sur place vous serez émerveillés. C’est « un petit trésor » , « une perle rare ». Nous vous remercions pour tout 🙏🏻. Deux petits anges sur notre chemin ⭐️. Nous restons convaincus que l’univers fait toujours en sorte de replacer les gens là où ils doivent être.…Nous devions vivre cela, vous rencontrer et nous retrouver à cet endroit précis. Merci de montrer que des gens bien existent toujours sur Airbnb ❤️

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We had a really good stay. The setting is wonderful with views of the lake and mountains, the garden has a lot of space, and the pool was perfect. It is great to find such a peaceful and spacious place that is also really convenient for the town. The house is spacious, with stylish furniture, with very comfortable sofas and bedroom. Nice to have books and the jigsaw! It is convenient for Verbania - we had bikes but it is walkable. Verbania has good restaurants and feels a nice relaxed place (certainly in early June). There are good supermarkets with plenty of parking. It is absolutely fantastic for mountainbiking with trails starting from the house.

Siamo stati da Nicole e Gabriele per un addio al nubilato. Direi esperienza super! Sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia, abbiamo cenato e pranzato insieme e ci siamo sentite a casa. Una casa con una storia, un vissuto e un’anima. Grazie di cuore

It was a dream stay. Such a beautiful home/villa. Wonderful common spaces.Lovely bedrooms and nice bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely outdoor area. And the pool! It was so nice and large and well maintained. Some days we never left the house it was so nice to be there. The overall feeling was of being welcome guests invited to share the family home. Very special.
