Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
