Our stay at Sharone's was absolutely wonderful through and through! This space is a gem! Conveniently located from both the boardwalk and the beach, the space itself was tidy, full of amenities, and the perfect escape to reset after several hours on the beach, before heading out to experience the nightlife in the evening. Sharone was attentive and considerate, offering wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and eager to see that we were comfortable, happy, and looked after on our stay. Our trip was pleasure and we will absolutely book again. Thank you, Sharone for your hospitality!

Elyce’s place was great! We felt right at home. It was peaceful and pristine. It was just as described and fully appointed with what we needed! The walk to town was easy, short, and pleasant. This was the perfect place to let us explore New Hope for the first time. We would absolutely stay here again. There was also a lovely bottle of wine to greet us… she truly thought of everything! Do not hesitate to book!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful & Charming. Large windows with great shades! It’s great to be able to see outside yet close the shades when you need it to be dark. The Hotel Staff is very quick to respond to any needs, very pleasant when checking in. There is a restaurant/bar; so convenient. Also, I liked having a secure place to leave my luggage while I ran errands on checkout day. I would definitely stay here again.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Great apartment in an ideal location… 2 blocks from both the beach and Main St Ocean Grove and a 10 minute walk to downtown Asbury Park. Area was quiet and easy to find parking in April (but probably much trickier in summer). The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when I encountered an issue with my apartment lock during my stay. I also appreciated a few amenities that I think should be standard, but I haven’t found in the other properties I’ve stayed at in town (namely, a tote bag, a curling iron, and more importantly, a Brita pitcher).

Joanne was an awesome host - the very best!! Extremely clean, comfortable and everything one needed! Our vacation was stress free and so enjoyable. We appreciate your kindness!

Great location, easy check in and check out, good price. Exactly what we were looking for.

Stayed here for a week. Easy to find and easy to get into the city via bus or bike. The only issue I had was having to search for parking every night. The parking area is only for residents. Road parking looked a little unsafe and some nights you’ll need to drive around to find a spot.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, ausreichend Platz und eine Küche in der man (theoretisch) gut kochen kann. Die Bushaltestelle mit dem direkt Bus nach NYC zum Times Square ist ca 10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber die Straße ist recht steil mit starkem Anstieg. Ansonsten alles super!! Nestor war hilfreich und hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Der Eingang ist sehr privat und auch in der Gegend fühlt man sich nicht unwohl. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen und bleiben, sehr große Empfehlung! Vor allem für den Preis ☺️

My sister and cousin occupied this unit (my husband and I were staying downstairs in another unit of Milton’s) and they loved it. The apartment was a great size…plenty of room for them. The bed was very comfortable. About a five minute walk to the subway…which got them to the theater district in about 20 minutes. Their only complaint was they found the stairs tricky to navigate with their luggage- the unit being on the second floor. Milton made check-in extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great place, it's not my first time staying with Mark and I keep returning. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic—spotless and conveniently situated. You can easily stroll to several nearby attractions, or if you prefer, hop in a car for quick access to more distant sites. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

I absolutely love this place. Upon arrival i did have a bit of trouble getting in but Chris was an amazing host and walked me thru and everything from there was fine with it. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop had spectacular views. This place was also immaculately clean. what's not to love? I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

This was a 5 star experience seriously!! Host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had any issues. I also got the romantic birthday package and my girlfriend loved it so thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend and definitely will be returning again!
