I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

Nice, clean and roomy place. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great place. Great location. Very close to Scott’s addition which has all sorts of restaurants and breweries. In the opposite direction is the Museum District which is quiet and green. Also walkable. Only gripe is that it was a bit warm and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the thermostat. If you’re a hot sleeper like me the front room closest to the front door is much cooler than the one in the back. Just a heads up. Also they do allow pets but NOT on furniture so keep that in mind as well. That includes beds.

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Alyssa's place is centrally located and very walkable. Parking was easy. There were many little amenities in the apartment like a light and plenty of hangers in the closets, bathroom shelf for your phone, a guidebook, reading and games. Super comfy bed and sofa, and great shower. Alyssa removed scent diffusers per my request which I appreciated. Great spot, will stay again!

Casey was nothing short of amazing! He responded quickly to messages and was even flexible with check in time, which was a life saver! The apartment was so clean, nicely decorated, and inviting! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well! 10/10 recommend! He even left a bottle of wine with a kind note ! The wine was delicious!

Thank you, Michelle for allowing me and my two little ones to stay at your place. I would recommend anyone to stay at Michelle cozy place, everything with sanitized the bed was comfortable the sofa.. She has small little touches just felt welcoming a few things were stock in the house. Which Michelle lives in a prestigious area. So breath taking and peaceful, there’s a park near by as well if you would like to take a walk, jog many stores, restaurants around. Not sure whether you’re visiting a loved one or friend. The place isn’t even 10 minutes away from the federal Bureau. Michelle was very responsive, charismatic, and helpful, she was always making sure our stay was comfortable as possible. Thank you for sharing your home With us.

Victoria was very attentive, beautiful home on a quiet culdesack not too far from restaurants and other businesses. She responded very quickly to questions and gave clear instructions upon check in and check out. The room was spotless and neat, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with amenities neatly place out. Highly recommend

Plenty of space for our family of 7. We were close to all the things we wanted to do in the area.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

Eugene's place was perfect for our needs. It has great Richmond charm and the location was unbeatable for a VCU reunion weekend!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Gayle had many amenities and extras available to ensure a stress free stay. I would highly recommend this home and host and will definitely stay again when in the area!
