Grange en pierres rénovée en 2 gîtes mitoyens séparés par un grand espace jardin d'intérieur. C'est un gîte cosy que je vous propose, idéal pour se reposer dans la campagne à la ferme. Paisible terrasse couverte avec jacuzzi privé à chaque gîte (non autorisés aux jeunes enfants) Idéal pour 4 personnes ou couple Vue agréable, localisation très calme. De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, où calme et sérénité accompagnent votre séjour. Vous pourrez savourer vos petits-déjeuners dans un jardin entièrement privatisé, avec une vue apaisante sur la Dordogne et le vieux pont. Une entrée indépendante vous garantit une totale liberté, et un accès direct au chemin de halage ⚠️ À noter : le logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches pour accéder à la salle d’eau et aux toilettes). Dans le jardin se balade les chats du voisin.

Best description from one of our guests : "This ‘gite’ was a real ‘find’. It is situated in a small copse of oaks but is surrounded by vineyards. Despite being close to the town of Bergerac, the situation is peaceful and calm. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area is sufficient to prepare your meals if you wish...We enjoyed sitting on the decking terrace in the evening with a glass or two of chilled rosé. We couldn’t recommend this accommodation higher".

This charming, traditional stone house is both comfortable and ecological. I am happy to offer it to travellers who appreciate simplicity. The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.
