Lovely brand new studio apartment with the private park entrance located right in the city center on Caka street. Designed with elegance and modern detail in mind, this studio flat is warm, sunny and very quiet. Yet behind the doors you will find a busy street with cafes, boutiques and supermarkets. Apartment is placed just one stop to the huge shopping mall Alfa. Tram and bus stops are just infront of the building(Meža Skola stop) goes directly to the center. Apartment is 25 skv.m., placed on the 1st floor. 1-2 people will feel very comfortable, but for short term there is extra folding sofa size 140X200 which can fit more 1-2 people. Apartment includes everything for living, like bedsheets, towels, kitchenware. Washing mashine is with drying function. Can provide baby chair and etc.

The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.
