Studio offers the latest in Italian designed kitchen and bathroom features, TV, B & O speakers and comfortable queen sized bed. The studio is located over the garage at the rear of the property. It’s time to bliss out! This is an excellently-designed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a sustainable building with a train station at your doorstep - right in the heart of Brunswick. I've had fun creating a playful, vibrant place (kitted out with lots of awesome homewares!) that I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do. The vibe is warm, the balcony is spacious and you've got all the cafes, bars, restaurants & shops you could want in less than a five minute walk. Make yourself at home here!

Cosy inner city loft with the comforts of home

Studio loft, fully self-contained, with ensuite, with a netgear mesh system for full wireless coverage. Also, a washing machine and kitchenette. It is a perfect nest for one. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

Patricia's Place - cosy, quirky, vintage shopfront

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
