Right on the Ottawa river, on the point of a bay. The chalet is a cozy place to spend quality time with friends and family. Great space to do ice fishing and skidoo on the river. You can cook any meal that doesn't need a a big oven since there is only a cook top. You have access to a toaster oven and a BBQ. It is a propane fireplace inside the cottage. The wood is included to make a camp fire outside. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES Tap water is NOT drinkable. Bottles of water are included

From here it is only a 35 minute drive to downtown Ottawa, Parliament Hill, national museums, the Byward Market, Rideau Canal and many other historic locations. The town of Rockland has many amenities including restaurants, shops, recreation centres, French and English schools.
