Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.
Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Our idyllic shepherd’s hut is perfect for a quiet holiday. We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby large farm shop/restaurant. We're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay. The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
