Pratovecchio Stia: alloggi vacanze con colazione

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Soggiorno perfetto! Lorenzo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e preciso. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per essere autonomi al nostro arrivo. Ha accontentato la nostra richiesta di check in anticipato e check out posticipato. La casa è molto graziosa, spaziosa e con tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Wi-fi ottimo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, prodotti da bagno completi, cucina attrezzata di tutto e ….piacevole sorpresa…disponibilità di prodotti di buona qualità per fare la colazione (Cosa non scontata) Posizione comodissima, a pochi minuti dal centro e da piazzale Michelangelo. Esperienza molto positiva. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da Lorenzo.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Raffaella’s!! She and her husband Claudio were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were so enjoyable to be around. They were very accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They helped us with directions and had many recommendations. The space was very clean, and they had every convenience to make our stay easy and homey. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom! It was updated, very clean, and had a nice shower. We also appreciated the filtered water system for cooking and bathing. The other highlight was the view off of the balcony! We had scheduled to be out most of the day, but it would have been the perfect spot to stay in and relax- soaking in the Tuscan countryside. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! Our only regret is that our trip was too short!! We wish we could have stayed there longer and spent more time with them! They were a wealth of knowledge and truly beautiful people.

WOW. What a great place to stay We loved the Air B&B that Carlotta rented to us. The accommodations were fantastic. The roof top patio looking at the Duomo and Bell Tower were stunning and even more beautiful at night. The home was in the perfect place in Florence. Really close to everything we wanted to see. Just below Carlotta’s place was a great gelato place and a fantastic restaurant. Carlotta was a great host. She was very responsive to my many questions and pointed out a few things on a map for us. Can’t wait to get back. Thank you Carlotta for making our stay memorable. Alan

He tenido una estancia satisfactoria en el alojamiento de Tommasso. La casa está ubicada en los Apeninos toscanos, próxima al circuito de Mugello y al lago Bilancino. En una zona en la montaña. Muy bonita. Ha sido ideal para desconectar y práctico para visitar Florencia, ya que está ubicado a solo unos 3 km de San Piero a Sieve, localidad donde se puede tomar el tren que lleva a la estación central de Florencia (Santa María Novella), la cual, a su vez, deja en pleno centro de la ciudad y de todos los monumentos y lugares de interés a visitar. El alojamiento es completo, con cocina-comedor y salita en la planta baja y baño y habitaciones en planta superior. Estaba limpio a la llegada y el anfitrión Tommasso, muy amable, dio instrucciones de llegada y tuvo la atención de dejar algo para desayunar y un saco de pellet para la estufa de calefacción. Además, se interesó durante la estancia por si necesitaba algo. Todo de 10. Si quiere mejorar algo...poner un tostador

Sonia was incredible. She was so welcoming and had amazing and clear recommendations, tips, and instructions for the area. We really enjoyed the property and the incredible views it had to offer. I would recommend this spot to anyone trying to see the Chianti region and/ or Florence!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der leckere Wein, eine gefüllte Obstschale sowie Käse und Wurst zur Begrüßung haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Es eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We booked this place as our base of operations for our visit to Florence and the surrounding area. Going into Florence was super easy: five minutes by car, free parking at the station, and frequent trains right into the center of Florence. Sure beats driving in the city! The loft studio itself was lovely, with wood beam ceilings, stone floors, a big picture window to the garden, but also very good curtains for privacy. And it was great to have breakfast ready for us each day!

Amazing host! Helped us carry our luggage with the kid. Very aesthetic house with all the amenities, felt like home after a tiring day. Loved the morning view from kitchen balcony, Florence at its best. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Florence.

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

산타마리아 노벨라역과 가까워서 이동에 편리했습니다. 근처에 공원과 식당이 있고 중심지로 이동하기에도 불편하지 않았습니다. 덕분에 피렌체에서의 즐거운 하루를 보냈습니다!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Überaus herzlicher Empfang auf einem wunderschönen grünen Grundstück direkt mit Blick auf den Fluss. Am Frühstückstisch konnte man sich mit weiteren Gästen austauschen und sich ein paar Travel-Tipps und Erfahrungen einholen oder auch weitergeben. Insgesamt eine sehr offene, lockere Atmosphäre. Wir würden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und auch selbst gern wiederkommen!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Pas de cuisine à disposition, mais dans notre cas, cela ne posait pas de soucis juste pour une nuit. Luigi était très réactif à nos demandes et nous a proposé quelques bonnes adresses. Une carte des monuments à voir est également mise a disposition. Le petit déjeuner dans une pâtisserie avoisinante est également très bon. Une adresse à recommander fortement.

Siamo stati ospiti nel B&B di Alessandra per 3 notti, lei è stata gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Posto auto dedicato, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, colazione buona e abbondante, Alessandra è stata così gentile da farci trovare la colazione anche dopo aver sforato l’orario previsto. Assolutamente consigliato.

Die Ankunft und das Kennenlernen waren sehr herzlich. Es gab sehr leckeren Kuchen und absolut leckere Früchte, wie frisch gepflückt. Die Unterkunft war super und sehr sauber. Es ist eine entsprechend große Wohnung, die allen unseren Wünschen entsprach. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Was gibt es schöneres am frühen morgen, am heißen Mittag oder noch am späten Abend eine runde zu schwimmen. Karl uns seine Frau waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So stellen sich meine Familie und ich Urlaub vor. Auch ist Karls Domizil ein super Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle Aktivitäten, nach Ravenna, Rimini oder San Mareno. Vielen Dank Karl!

Matteo en Serena zijn vriendelijke mensen die graag voor je klaarstaan. De kamer (en badkamer) was betaalbaar en erg schoon. Het verdient de aanbeveling om tenminste 1 keer met hen samen te eten: erg gezellig en Matteo is een goede kok. Het is een rustige omgeving, dat heeft voor- en nadelen. De afstanden zijn best groot, een auto is noodzakelijk. Als je het platteland van Toscane wilt ontdekken is dit super geschikt.
