La demisol avem un apartament cu sauna cu dormitor, living cu canapea extensibila, foișor care se inchiriaza separat ideal pentru 1 familie. Distrează-te cu întreaga familie în acest loc elegant. Ideală pentru 2 familii cu copii. La parter avem o bucătărie utilată (inclusiv mașină de spălat vase și rufe, cafetieră, prăjitor, blender,….) Zona de luat masa pentru 6-8 persoane, zona de relax cu șemineu, tv, o canapea extensibilă și o baie. La etaj 2 dormitoare mari, 1 dormitor mic și o baie

Situată într-o zonă retrasă din cartierul Poiana Țapului din Bușteni, căsuța noastră este ideală pentru o familie numeroasă, 2-3 cupluri sau un grup de prieteni ce vor să-și petreacă vacanța la munte. Proprietatea are un stil arhitectural deosebit, exteriorul fiind placat cu piatră și lemn. Are 2 etaje: parter și demisol. La parter sunt 3 dormitoare și 2 băi. La demisol, un living spațios cu bucătărie open-space.

The Rose Farm, accommodation & event venue

Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 70persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. Price listed here is small parties up to max 15 people including accommodation of up to 8 persons. For larger parties please send info on no of persons as a request. Parties must end at 12 at night.

Overall a rustic decor, loads of natural light, plenty of indoor & outdoor space. Parking space for max 4 cars.

Ideal pentru drumetii, relaxare, sărbători, team-building, vacanta cu familia, etc. În curte regăsiți un heleșteu, foc de tabăra, grătar, hamac, leagane. Exista 3 bai comune pentru cele 8 camere, bucatarie utilata, o sala spatioasa pentru petrecere.
