We are dog friendly, surrounded by wildlife and picturesque scenery and walks. Fishing is available at the lake via a permit from the newsagents. There is also fishing on River Wye. It enjoys glorious views of the Upper Tanat Valley and Berwyn Mountains, yet is only 2 miles from the Llanrhaeadr Ym Mochnant with shops and pubs Close by are the spectacular 240ft Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, Lake Vyrnwy and Bala. Visit historic Powis and Chirk castles, Erddig House, Shrewsbury and Chester. Parking for 2 cars.

It is centrally located within easy reach of Dolgellau, Machynlleth and Welshpool where guests can participate in a wide range of activities from hillwalking to mountain biking. We are dog friendly but do have dogs on site so only friendly, well behaved ones please.
