Cute place on a quiet street but close to the best spots in Richmond. Easy check in and street parking.

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

My family and I are from Thailand. We were driving from Orlando to New York and stopped in Richmond for one night. We chose to stay at Mitchell’s place — and it was a great decision. The house was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated with a warm, homey atmosphere. All the amenities were well-prepared, and everything was very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy and allowed me to get a truly restful night’s sleep. There was also a kitchen, which we used to cook our own meals. Mitchell provided all the cooking and dining utensils we needed — everything was complete and ready to use. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay. If we ever come back to Richmond, we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else.

The apartment was super cute, decor was nice, and the location was walking distance from a lot of great local spots. It was very spacious for a one bedroom, the lighting is amazing because of the windows. I loved having the rooftop deck available and the bathroom was really nice as well. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment so just keep that in mind! Overall I would definitely recommend this spot if you are just visiting for a few days and want to be able to uber all over Richmond at a low cost. Would stay again!

Very comfortable place in an excellent location. When you can walk two blocks to some of the best biscuits in the world (Early Bird), what else do you need to know?

Matt was super communicative! We had some small issues with the ice maker in the fridge, couldn’t get the appletv to work, and had some broken wheels on a piece of furniture, but host was super attentive to these needs even if a fix didn’t happen within the week. Overall this was a great stay, great location, and very safe

Quiet surroundings and plenty of space for our family to stretch out. Ellen was quick to respond to all our questions.

This place was great for our group. Plenty of private sleeping areas for everyone. Very clean and well appointed. Responsive and friendly host.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Susan’s place is a dream come true! If you are looking for a beautiful home, in a beautiful location with the kindest hosts then look no further! Susan made us feel right at home and even baked us almond and chocolate croissants in the mornings! She even watched and loved on our two rescue dogs while we were at wedding events! We could not have had a better weekend and we cannot wait to book her place again and again and again!

My large family had a great stay at the Washington House. The house is on a huge property that’s so peaceful and a short walk to the river. We had plenty of room for all us and the kitchen was perfect even though it looked small on the photos, we cooked all our meals here for 9 people. Would definitely stay again when coming up to visit family.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

The location was super convenient for exploring downtown Richmond, and the house was clean and comfortable. It worked great for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). This would not be the place for you if you have any mobility limitations, though, as the bedrooms can only be accessed by a long staircase (shared with the other units in the building) or a narrow spiral staircase inside the unit.

Everything about Jill’s place was impeccable! The space was spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Great location, easy parking. I truly cannot find fault in this. Jill was very responsive and provided clear instructions on checking in/out, parking etc. Would absolutely love to stay here again for another Richmond trip!

Great space to stay, very clear information in the listing and there was coffee available which saved us a trip. Location was great in downtown Richmond, easy to get where we wanted to go. Space was very comfortable.
