The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest". A wonderful little cabin built around energy efficiency. It's a single bedroom cabin with a queen bed and couch for up to 3 people. The place is very private and has a porch to appreciate the outdoors. The cabin is heated with either a small EPA approved wood stove or propane heater.
