This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. There is a TV in every room, plus one in the living area. 5 KING BEDS! plus 2 pullouts!

There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
