Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

This is a fantastic place to launch your kayak, paddle board or even your boat at the public boat ramp. There are also many hiking and mountain biking trails

Eagles soar from treetops and hummingbirds zip about the garden. Newly renovated suite boasts fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom for pampering with tub/shower and heated floors. King bedroom with electric fireplace (no window) and second bedroom with bunkbed (curtained off from main living area)

Forest garden cottage by the ocean

This remote property is fronting a quiet ocean inlet. Located 3 km back in the forest, it is an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy tidal flats filled with oysters, bird life, and clear water. The cottage is located at the edge of a garden clearing. Great kayak launch with access to Desolation Sound. 3 km access road, which is a bit bumpy in some places. Bring your groceries, a flashlight, and solid shoes. The fridge is 3/4 size. We have the best drinking water ever here! No smokers, please.

Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep.
