Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Get a little downtime in our newly renovated space located beside the best mountain bike trails in the area. Full kitchen, bike wash, in-suite bike/ski storage, and outdoor sitting area included. Blocks from the main street and access to trails. You can ride right from your door! The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.
