Die Lage und der Gastgeber sind mehr als top und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch wenn die Unterkunft erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert wurde, hat das maritime Klima hier und da Spuren an der Einrichtung hinterlassen.

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

We had a fantastic few days at the Vintage House. Very comfortable house, exactly as described in a great location. Lovely outside space, with bananas growing in the garden! Easy to walk to beach, restaurants, shops etc. The host was exceptional in terms of communication, always available to help and very kindly allowed flexible check in and check out. Would highly recommend.

Følte oss godt ivaretatte. God trim i bakkene fra sentrum til Litttle Townhouse! 😁 Fantastisk fyrverkeri på nyttårsaften i Funchal, som vi hadde panoramautsikt til fra takterrassen. nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa. Idéalement située, près des plages et centre de la ville. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour une grande famille et le ménage est au top. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Check in was super easy, the space felt like home immediately upon arrival. There was a twin floor bed and a crib set up so nicely in the primary bedroom as we mentioned we were traveling with our toddler and infant! That was a really sweet gesture. We had a seamless stay and everything went as expected with the home. Hosts left a plethora of recommendations and tips for the neighborhood which was so nice! I will say we were travelling with young kids and elderly parents and we did not realize that this house was on top of a really steep hill so it was walkable for those of us who were able-bodied but not our limited-mobility parents (which was totally fine, we called them Ubers but did want to point out that the terrain isn’t ideal for everyone)! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and we only ended up swimming once but the kids loved it. We would definitely return for another family vacation!

Maria's home was our "HOME BASE" for a 3 week stay in Portugal. We rented a car and visited Porto, Sintra, Lisbon, and several towns in the Algarve. Every time we came back to Maria's place, we felt relaxed and "at home". Lisbon is about 25 minutes from Maria's place, Uber's are inexpensive, and driving in Lisbon is not easy (nor is parking)...so we chose Uber for those days. Driving around Oreais is pretty easy (once you learn the "rules of the roundabouts"...lol! Everything you need is within walking distance to Maria's (restaurants, GREAT patisserie, Super Mercado, etc.). Maria has also stocked her home with many essentials. The views from the multiple terraces are incredible! ...just like the photos! If we visit Portugal again, we will definately book with Maria!

My stay at Tatiana’s Airbnb was perfect! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. The space was impeccably clean, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained. The decor was both stylish and cozy, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. I was particularly impressed by the little touches—there was a welcoming bottle of wine waiting for me, along with some thoughtful goodies like snacks and coffee, which added a special touch to my arrival. The attention to detail was remarkable. From the plush, comfortable bedding to the fully stocked kitchen, everything I could possibly need was provided. It’s clear that Tatiana takes great pride in creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. The location was ideal and close to everything and wonderfully quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Familien vår hadde et flott opphold i leiligheten. Fint innredet med veldig stor takhøyde som ga stor romfølelse. Meget fin utsikt over sjøen med både soloppgang og solnedgang. Vi følte oss som hjemme, kommer veldig gjerne tilbake igjen. Mvh familien Kalsveen

Si vous recherchez à Lisbonne un hébergement confortable, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, l’appartement d’Edite vous comblera. Le quartier Santos est très agréable. On y trouve tous les services nécessaires. Nous avons particulièrement été séduits par les beaux cafés et les bons restaurants à proximité. Il est facile de se déplacer ( marche, autobus, tram, métro) vers les autres quartiers de Lisbonne et de nombreux sites d’intérêt. Nous voulons souligner l’accueil, la disponibilité et l’hospitalité d’Edite. Elle est une hôte qui interagit rapidement, avec laquelle il est aisé de communiquer, qui a vraiment à cœur le bien-être et la satisfaction de ses clients. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par sa fille Inès qui est très sympathique et avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. Edite est venue nous saluer la veille de notre départ. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de notre trop court séjour dans cet appartement.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und man kann auf den Ozean aus dem Fenster blicken. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist im Top-Zustand. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

3 adults, 1 infant. This place was perfect! Miguel was very responsive and the place was super clean. We were able to check in smoothly and enjoy our stay with no worries. The marina across the street has very good restaurants to eat at! Parking was available and free. I would recommend to anyone and stay again next time I visit Portugal.
