Portpatrick has a Post Office, bakery, cafe, bars, gift shops and restaurants. (Limited food shopping.) Hide away, walk the cliffs and glen, swim, golf, putt, fish, cycle. A luxury holiday cottage consisting of a wing of Kildrochet House, an early 18th Century Grade B listed building. Set within 5 acres of it's own land and situated in the beautiful countryside of Wigtownshire, South West Scotland. We started this listing in 2013 but only put the bare essentials in. Only today, April 4 2018 have we actually finished it. This is why we have had no guests or reviews from Airbnb so far! You can find 5-star reviews for us on Trip Advisor.

The property is situated within the picturesque village of Portpatrick. There are 2 large bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with separate shower, and downstairs WC. The lounge has TV, Wi Fi & woodburner. There is an enclosed decked garden to the rear. The kitchen has separate fridge & freezer, dish washer & washing machine. There is a large driveway to the side. Portpatrick is situated approximately 6 miles from the main town of Stranraer.
