For whatever brings you to Oregon, stay at Mama J’s comfortable, peaceful, safe and convenient spot. Portland is just ten miles away, the closest beaches, Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood are all about an hour, and there are numerous hikes from the forest right down the street to Silver Falls and beyond. Explore North Portland walking districts (restaurants, food carts, shops!) or the roses at Peninsula Park🌹, then retire to this hip and spacious basement apartment. Recently renovated, you’ll love its cork floors (that feel so nice under foot) and its custom and creative finishes. I live upstairs, but I am mindful of noise, and my guests find my place to be quiet and relaxing. I provide ample toiletries, quality coffee and tea, and travel guides.
