Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Enjoy the extensive record collection (old blues, rock, and jazz), relax in the covered outdoor patio and spa, and enjoy the well stocked kitchen.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.
