Lovely town house with large patio & south facing private garden. Uninterrupted sea views. Outdoor seating area for 6. Maximum of two well behaved dogs welcome. 2 onsite private parking spaces which is a rarity in Barmouth near the harbour. The Town house is fully equipped and modern. Features include Wi-fi , central heating, towels provided, two 50” smart tv’s. A separate lounge and dining area that seats 6 in comfort. Unique 1 bedroom guesthouse, with mezzanine bedroom. Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Fabulous views of Snowdonia. Internet access and Smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer and more. 20m from the Anglesey costal path, where fabulous walks and a deserted beach are seconds away.
