Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach. Portstewart’s championship golf links course is a two-minute drive from the house which is sure to appeal if you fancy a round of golf. The house is a two-minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, a diversity park for children and Flowerfield Arts Centre. The bustling shopping town of Coleraine and the Riverside Theatre are less than five minutes away. We are also less than a ten-minute drive from all of the attractions of neighbouring Portrush with its’ world class golf course and numerous restaurants. Other local attractions include the world-famous Giants’ Causeway as well as the Bushmills Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the beautiful seaside town of Ballycastle where you can take the short boat trip to Rathlin Island. We are also less than half and hours’ drive from the beautiful beaches at Castlerock and Downhill, Mussenden Temple and the ferry ride to Donegal a few miles along the coast road at Magilligan Point. If you are using public transport an hourly coastal bus service is available within a few metres of the front door of the house and the train stations at Coleraine and Portrush are less than ten minutes away. It’s a modern, spacious three story house located in a quiet residential area one mile from the centre of Portrush, the beaches, restaurants and golf course.

A popular B&B years ago, that we have lovingly renovated into a family home; holding its original character and bridging the old days to the new. Perfect base for an active or relaxed holiday.

Ardinarive Lodge

Ardinarive Lodge is a beautiful self catering house sitting on a hillside in the heart of the countryside, overlooking the Sperrin mountains. It is the perfect location for touring the North Coast, Londonderry/ Derry and Donegal. Benone beach is only 16 miles away and there are lots of local country/ forest parks to explore. The quaint town of Limavady is 6 miles away, and the lodge is easily accessible to Drenagh estate and the Roe Park hotel, perfect for guests attending weddings.

Rathlin View Cottage Ballycastle overlooks the sea

This charming, traditional Irish cottage has been fully restored and is uniquely situated on an outcrop of rock. It has a walled garden which is washed on two sides by the sea. It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The new conservatory, is an additional feature for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

Beautiful cottage is set in the scenic countryside while also being only 2 miles from the seaside town of Portrush. The Giants Causeway is approx 4.5 miles and Bushmills Distillery is 3.5 miles. Dunluce Castle is approx 1 mile. The house has been awarded 4 star grade by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, oven and cooking utensils. We sincerely hope all who stay will feel it is a home from home.

Gortnee

Cosy semi- detached house in a quiet residential street with a large secure back yard. Its a five minute walk to the pubs, restaurants, beach, harbour, children's play area, tennis courts and the various attractions of the beautiful Portballintrae. The Giants causeway, Dunluce castle, and the Bushmills distillery are all a short drive away. Great location to explore the beautiful scenic North Antrim Coast. Open Championship week - Royal Portrush - 5 minute drive away

The Wee House

This architecturally redesigned terraced house is centrally located in the picturesque town of Portstewart, making it so easy and relaxing to plan your stay. Located a four minute walk from the promenade, you can nip down for an ice cream from Morelli’s and carry it back for the troops before it has even started to melt. This light and airy house feels anything but ‘wee’. It is the perfect base to unwind each day after exploring the incredibly beautiful north coast.

Walking distance of the Carrick -a-rede rope bridge and the famous Game of Thrones Ballintoy harbour. Accommodation comprises one king size, two double, one single bedroom and a double sofa bed in living room area. It has a wet room with walk in shower. Small enclosed front garden. Pets welcome.

The Old Post Office Portrush

The Old Post Office is a unique new property in Portrush located a few minutes walk from West Strand Beach. It is a short walk to the town and the Harbour area with its many bars and restaurants. This property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with double bed and a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has free Wi-Fi, a private patio area and private parking for one vehicle.

Marcool Cottage

This gorgeous whitewashed cottage with roses growing over the blue half door sleeps six and is in a spectacular location leading on to the end of Ballycastle’s mile-long sandy beach. It is peaceful on a very quiet road and has stunning, uninterrupted views of the North Antrim coast. Sit in the back garden and watch the sunset over the sea, wake in the morning to the sound of waves breaking on the rocks.
