Highly recommend, book it now! We had an amazing stay at the TreeHouse. It’s beautifully designed inside and out, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The views were stunning, and our family loved the pool and fishing deck. It was so comfortable, no one wanted to leave! We’re already looking forward to our next visit, thanks for having us.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Great place if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat. The hosts were very attentive and helpful with providing a local to-do lists. Looking forward to returning to the Nautilus Escape on our next trip to PSJ. Thanks for having us.

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

I can't say what an AMAZING stay our family had! The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfy. The location was absolutely perfect and what a bonus with the huge hot tub and golf carts. I recommend this house and I know we will be back again! Huge shout out to a fabulous host. Thank you!

Loved the location and the price!! My fiancée and I will absolutely be back!!! 3-5 minutes to the ocean. No parking down at the end so walking from the house is a must. It really isn’t that bad unless you haul a bunch of gear. Also, no water at the walkway to wash your piggies off till you get all the way back to the house. The United States Air Force flys by in F22s or F35s every other day or so. I find that cool! For clear sunsets with no obstructions, turn left out of the neighborhood, go about 1-2 miles till you see the rock wall, go to the second opening just around the corner of the beginning of the rock wall, just before the houses start on the left side of the road. Clear shot of the western sky from the comfort of your car or from the beach which is all of 40 feet from the parking area I am speaking of. Before you do the sunset though, go another 1.5 miles or so past the rock wall and eat at Skully’s (on the right). Tell them Bones and Jennifer sent you!!

We just got back from the best vacation ever! The house was gorgeous! Clean as clean can be and bright, airy and beautiful. We lived at the pool and the beach the entire week. The wind was crazy so the heated pool was a necessity. I asked that the pool be heated before we got there and Marissa had it nice and warm for us on arrival. this was our Christmas present to our kids and it did not disappoint. We had 10 adults and five children. Every family had their own room and bathroom, which was lovely. Below the house we were able to park all our vehicles which were one truck and three minivans and we had room to spare. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all our little ones. We have plenty of towels and chairs and toys. Thank you Marissa for a fabulous week!

Perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. One block from the beach! We used the pool (not heated) a few times and the hot tub each night. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice big washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked-pleasantly surprised by all the spices. Good WiFi connection if you are considering working remotely.

Kate has a beautiful place. Highly recommend staying here. She communicated very well. Can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful stay for a family of 5! The golf cart made accessing the pool and beach so easy! We will be back for sure!

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

This place was exactly what my family needed! Not only could you see the beach right from the porch, but you could hear the waves hitting! It was so serene and beautiful. The place is so coastal, and more than big enough for us. We enjoyed our times near the beach, used the pool at night, and cooked wonderful dinners with the kitchen. We can’t thank Luke enough for providing us with more than enough towels, beach chairs, and other amenities. He was a wonderful host, and always responded quickly! If you stay here, you’ll feel just like a local. The people here are extremely friendly & welcoming, and could help you with anything. We are definitely looking to stay here again, it’s a 10000/10 place to pick!

Thank you to Derek for sharing this beautiful, comfortable home with our family. The in law suite worked out great for my son in law, daughter and 2 year old grand baby for quiet naps and bedtime. We love this section of Windmark. Golf cart, scooter and bikes were great. My grandson caught black drum fish right off the beach shore just 1 block walk from the house. Comfy beds, plush towels. Highly recommend!

The home was exactly as described. The location in the WindMark community was fantastic. The kids loved the community pool, and riding in the golf cart. My mother found the attached apartment to be fantastic, and a was very impressed. We will definitely be stay here again.

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

This home was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood! Very comfortable and the pool And pickle ball courts were amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

We felt very at home and welcome. The accommodations we’re very cute and felt like there was a personal touch everyone we looked. Can’t wait to book again.

We had a great stay at Erica and Phillip’s home. Everything was clean! There was swimming, volleyball ,pickle ball and fishing. The bay was in walking distance on the frontside and the Gulf was walking distance from the back . Lots of things to do close by. Great restaurants and shopping all within 12 miles.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

Had a great visit and the house was in such a perfect location for our needs. Beach and pool were in easy walking and biking distance. Karen was very responsive and willing to help with any concerns! Would definitely go there again if we go back to that area!
